Tony Robertson - General Manager

Having Owned and managed several restaurants in the Queenstown area, Tony decided it was time for a change in lifestyle. Having already founded The Styx Restaurant on the waterfront of Nelson, he's excited to be involved in this new venture.

Dominik Valentin - Head Chef

Austrian born, Dom starting his catering career in his late teens at his uncles restaurant, since then Dom has spent many years travelling & working in Europe & Australasia learning the skills of his trade. 

Doms  methodical, yet unique approached to  cooking allows him to  combine truly dynamic favor combinations & present them in a beautifully effortless manner. 

Yasuko (Yassy) - Restaurant Manager

Yassy is a skilled restaurateur in her own right, owning and managing a number of restaurants across NZ. Her attention to detail & costumer care is without parallel. She is always welcoming, with a big smile and an equally big personality, she will always do her very best to ensure you have an amazing dining experience.

Lee Sutherland - Daytime Manager

 

He has worked across the globe, as a restaurant manager, barista & maître d, he has been in the hospitality industry for over 13 years. We are very happy his skills have found a home at Char
